At Happy Days Day Nursery our belief in upholding the parent/child relationship ensures that everything we do builds upon that special bond.  To help us help you, we actively encourage good parent / Happy Days contact.  This allows us to promote discussions regarding any views or concerns that you may have and thus give Happy Days the opportunity to provide that best care for your child.  If you have a complaint, comment or suggestion we encourage you to talk to us.  Initially, speak to the Officer-in-charge or the Manager – if you wish to have a lengthy meeting it may be necessary to make an appointment to ensure an uninterrupted meeting.  Alternatively you may wish to contact Christine Beckett, the Managing Director and arrange an appointment.  An appointment can be made by telephoning our Conlig nursery or asking the Officer-in-charge or Manager to arrange one for you.
