Illness
We ask that you keep your child at home if he/she has had a high temperature in the past 24 hours, coughing fits, vomiting and/or diarrhoea, conjunctivitis, rashes or any evidence of an infectious disease. Should your child develop any of these symptoms during his/her day at nursery we will telephone you and expect you to make arrangements to have your child collected within the hour.
Allergies & Medicines
We can administer normal medicines such as Calpol and inhalers provided we have your authorization. We can administer prescription drugs, creams, drops etc provided they have been prescribed for your child by your GP. We require you to sign your authority in the medicine book and ensure we get the original pharmacists label to ensure correct dosage.
