Children by nature are prone to having bumps and bruises caused by tripping, falling, bumping into each other – the list could be endless.
We record every incident in our accident book and the member of staff that has witnessed the incident signs it. You will be given a verbal account of the incident and will be asked to sign the accident book to verify that you were informed. We record every incident for your peace of mind. Should your child have a more serious accident we will contact you immediately and seek medical help if required. The majority of our staff hold first aid certificates, those who do not are currently undergoing first aid training.
We hold regular fire drills and all our fire alarms are tested and serviced regularly.
Toys are replaced regularly. Damaged or broken toys are disposed of immediately. All our toys and equipment are cleaned regularly and toys in the baby department are continually sanitized.
