At Happy Days your child’s safety and security is of paramount importance. We endeavour to keep our nurseries as homely as possible at all times. As parents or guardians you are asked to play your part in this responsibility. We keep a full record of each child attending Happy Days, which is based on information you supply on the entry record; it is vital that you keep us informed of any changes to this information. If you move house, change mobile or work telephone numbers, doctors etc.
It is also imperative that you keep us updated of all people authorized to collect your child. Family members or friends are welcome to collect children but they must be on our register and must be known to a member of staff. Anyone collecting a child may be asked for photographic ID – please impress upon them that this is not a slight but a necessary precaution. It is advisable that no one under the age of 18 should be asked to collect your child from nursery.
